Users of MediHealthCare can video call different practitioners including Doctors, Mental Health professionals and Dietitians. Using our customised video conferencing platform you can replace your face to face consultations with practitioners for consultations that do not require specific physical examinations. This service represents the future of healthcare in Australia with benefits that include:
- complete privacy,
- cost-effective solution to privately billed consultations,
- convenient for you to use at a time that suits you,
- safe away from other sick patients in waiting rooms and
- time saving so that you do not need to travel to see a practitioner
This service is easy to use, simply choose a practitioner, answer some medical questions and provide the same information that you’d provide at a clinic or surgery then activate your video call consultation. Following your video call with your practitioner, if medication is prescribed then a notification is sent to your smart device to confirm your order of medication for you to accept for dispatch and delivery. The MediHealthCare prescribing doctor can send your prescription via fax/email to your preferred local pharmacy for immediate collection of your medication if requested.
